Terms of Use
These terms govern the Sanad Visit website, app, and home and medical-center care services made available through them in Palestine.
1. Acceptance
By using the platform or creating an account, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the platform.
2. Platform role
Sanad Visit is a technical intermediary that helps patients find independent care providers and organize bookings.
The platform is not a hospital, emergency service, or medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a qualified healthcare professional and do not assume that a provider's information or services suit every case.
3. Emergencies
Do not use the platform for emergencies. If there is immediate danger or severe symptoms, contact emergency services or the nearest medical facility directly.
4. Accounts and eligibility
- Provide accurate, current information and never impersonate another person.
- You are responsible for protecting your sign-in details and reporting unauthorized use.
- A minor must use the platform through and under the supervision of a legal guardian.
5. Provider responsibility for submitted data
Every provider, regardless of medical profession, is solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, completeness, currency, licensing, documents, and professional or medical content they submit.
The platform does not author, endorse, certify, or guarantee this data. It may review, hide, or remove it, but review does not transfer professional or legal responsibility to the platform owner.
These terms do not exclude liability that mandatory Palestinian law does not permit to be excluded or limited.
6. Verification and licensing
A verification badge only means submitted documents were reviewed at the time. Providers must keep licenses valid and report changes.
7. Availability and bookings
- Providers set and maintain their availability; existing bookings remain until accepted or rejected.
- A request is not confirmed until the provider approves it in their account.
- Patients must provide accurate booking and location information, and either party should cancel promptly when unable to attend.
8. Account and phone notifications
Booking alerts are saved in the provider account and may be sent as phone push notifications after permission is granted. Lock-screen alerts contain no patient name, medical details, or location; details require sign-in. Provider applications use the same route for administrators, with email retained as a backup.
9. Prices and payment
Starting consultation fees depend on the access method; laboratory specialists do not display consultation fees. For marked services, the fee excludes supplied medicines, laboratory tests, and medical solutions. Additional costs require patient notice and consent. The platform does not process payments unless an official in-platform payment service is shown.
10. Prohibited use
- Forged documents, misleading information, or misuse of patient data.
- Attacking the platform or accessing accounts without authorization.
- Illegal activity or unauthorized copying of the platform's brand or content.
11. Suspension and availability
Accounts that breach these terms or are outside the current Palestine market may be suspended or archived. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance or third-party service issues.
12. Law and contact
Mandatory laws applicable in Palestine govern the relationship. We first seek to resolve complaints through direct support.
